Project Overview
We recently completed a multi-phase painting and drywall repair project at a condo in Seaside Heights, NJ.
This project included interior drywall repair due to water damage, full stairwell restoration, and exterior garage door painting.
Inside the unit, we repaired damaged drywall, sanded all affected areas, and applied fresh paint to restore the space.
Both stairwells required complete wallpaper removal, followed by skim coating, sanding, priming, and painting to achieve a smooth and modern finish.
On the exterior, garage doors affected by rust were properly restored through power washing, scraping, application of an oil-based industrial primer, and two coats of high-performance paint designed for coastal environments near the bay.
